PNWK Acquires Thumbs Up Records

To the fans that ordered

We will be funding all refunds through Thumbs Up Records. Refunds will be automatically returned via the point of sales. This process may take a few weeks, but there is no action on your part. This will be coming from Thumbs Up Records via the method in which you purchased.

TO THE BANDS WITH BACK STOCK

We will be reaching out to you to coordinate acquiring any backstock that may be available. If you wish to retrieve it so you can take in on tour with you, we will be working to ship these items to you. It’s your music, you should have it. If you do not wish to obtain your records, we will work with you to sell it via the PNWK Record Store.

TO THE SCENE

Thank you for your continued support of independent music. Every person in this scene has sacrificed for this passion in one way or another. Every time a new band, label, or well intentioned person manifests themselves into our community, we rally behind them, we lift them up, and we hope for the best. Unfortunately though, with big swings, come a few misses. We value the contributions Brady (founder of Thumbs Up Records) has made to this scene over the last several years. Their ear, their passion, their willingness to put their money where their mouth is, is respected and appreciated.

However, when things go wrong. It’s important that we’re real, honest, transparent, and whole-hearted in our efforts to make things right. Sometimes we need a little help to do that and we are proud to be able to provide that support to make everyone whole.
