Kerosene Heights

Kerosene Heights is an emo-punk band from Asheville, North Carolina. They combine vintage hardcore energy with modern emo sensibilities to deliver emotionally charged blasts of rowdy, hooky punk. Vocalist/guitarist Chance Smith, guitarist Justin, bassist Elle, and drummer Benji Bennis have built a devoted following through relentless touring and a string of increasingly sharp releases, including their 2023 debut LP Southeast of Somewhere on No Sleep Records. Their 2024 EP LEAVING marked a new creative era for the band, diving into the struggles of touring, internal conflict, mental health, and loss — each song a reflection on the feeling of constantly being in a state of leaving, for better or worse. PNWK Records was proud to bring LEAVING to vinyl for the first time. The band has since signed to SideOneDummy Records, continuing to grow one of the most exciting voices in the current emo revival.
